Conversely, it is not a MANDATE that those who are in poverty to receive that which the government is obligated to give them if they ask for it...it is simply provided for them if needed.
The recipients of "welfare", whatever facet, does not get "money", it bypasses them into the hands of all those who worK, have business, provide services, produce products. UNIVERSAL LAW MANDATES THAT THOSE WHO WORK AND LABOR, WHICH PROVIDES HAPPINESS IN SOME WAY TO ANOTHER HUMAN OR GROUP OF THEM, THAT THOSE INDIVIDUALS WHO WORK AND LABOR, RECEIVE MORE "RELATIVE" TO THE PROPORTION THEY WORK, THE DEGREE OF WORK, COMPARED TO THOSE WHO DO NOT WORK BUT STILL RECEIVE "EVERYTHING FOR FREE".
THUS, when you give to the poor, or mandate the government provide for the poor, because no christians and jew or muslims, even though their Laws tell them to--haven't figured it out yet...but doing this puts money in your own pockets (to the "middle class and rich") in the form of the poor paying you for your products and services.
That is why Capitalism is the Key to Prosperity, but Just and Equitable Controls, WHICH LIE IN THE HANDS OF THE TRUE GOVERNMENT, YEA EVEN US, THE PEOPLE, must be lawfully adopted and strictly adhered to.
