The Great Compromise on Gun Control and LGBT/Straight Gendered Policies

The last time I shot a gun it was my friend's 22 rifle in the desert west of Utah Lake about a year ago. I shot 20 rounds.  The time before that it was a different friends SKS.  I shot 10 rounds.  He offered me an AR 15 to shoot and I declined.  I do believe I had the ability to shoot it, but I simply didn't like the idea of shooting it...it represented something entirely different to my mind.  The 22 I understand.  It's no big deal.  The 22 though can be retrofitted with a 100 round drum.  No expertise.  Just buy it and snap it in.  The time before that I legally purchased a Romak 3/Dragunov semi auto sniper rifle simply because I was planning on packing my backpack and going into the wilderness to live and never return.  Two weeks later I realized I was just too lazy to hunt my own food and survive in that environment and sold the gun immediately.  I didn't need it.  Was it fun to shoot?  No.  Because pulling a trigger is not fun by any stretch of the imagination....IT'S PULLING A FUCKING TRIGGER!  To move your finger 1/2 inch and get delight and exhilaration from doing that, coupled with seeing something move or blow up in the distance or a hole put in a piece of paper where just a few seconds before it wasn't there...INTELLIGENCE????   Cartridges are expensive enough.  Even if I had a gun, I wouldn't be able to practice shooting.  I would have a box of shells for "my protection" or that stray deer I might have to kill that everyone else is after because all of a sudden the apocalypse hit....you know what I'm saying.  I'm of the nature that..."hey dude, if you're hungry, you can have it.  I'll just lay here and starve to death so you can enjoy that meat...apparently the end is here anyway, i'll wait for the resurrection to eat some dead deer."  

The issue in America is NOT GUN CONTROL.  The underlying issue is total hypocrisy from those whose God ostensibly founded this country and whose law we allegedly live under and reigns supreme upon this land..."One Nation Under God."  I am making a great leap of assumption and just guessing the majority of citizens claim that's Jesus.  

Picture Jesus next to you.  Every action and every thought...he's right there.  If someone comes to shoot you or take your gun from you--just picture Jesus saying "hey bro...are you going to do what I would do?"  What would you do, citizen, Christian?  Are you gonna shoot after Jesus reminds you that he carried no sword or sling as a weapon for self protection of him or his family or friends? "put away your sword peter, what the hell you think you're doing, you know who the fuck you're with, i'm Geezus fukyn Krsyst and I can command legions of angels to protect me and us if need be."

What about when people come try and steal your two year food storage and any supplies you may have?  If it was Jesus' house, people would just come in and take any and all what they'd need, they know Jesus doesn't hurt or kill, but definitely wants to feed the population.   I mean certainly Christians don't believe any any miracles Jesus performed or that which Jehovah did for the Israelites.  Why?  Their actions show they don't believe.  If you believe in Jesus, you TRULY wouldn't worry about food, you'll just be able to go outside every morning  and find manna on the ground and realize jesus was fixing ya breakfast the whole night and disappeared right when you opened the door...or is it easier to say what he said "Take no thought for the morrow what ye shall eat or wear."  

What about all that looting...all the things that we treasure up in our homes that rust and disintegrate over time or what thieves might break in to steal?  Ya, I'm sure you would have just given them what it is they wanted to steal or did steal if they just asked, right?  "give to him that asketh....GIVE TO HIM THAT ASKETH...OR WHO HAS NOT!!!  "If someone asks you for a coat, give him your hoody too bro...what the fuck already.  all you gangster christians, and i don't mean people that are in gangs...but those who have crosses hung around their necks, touting that jesus is the idol and their god and their homey....hahhahahahahaha....none of you are like Jesus....NONE OF YOU ARE AND NONE OF YOU WOULD ACTUALLY WANT TO CHILL WITH HIM BECAUSE HE'D BE SAYING "HEY BRO, STOP HATING, STOP WANTING TO KILL, START LOVING YOUR ENEMIES, START DOING GOOD TO THEM!!!"  Naahhhh...you don't want that in your ear.  you actually give a fuck about your shit!!!!!!  about material fucking shit!!!!!!!  you really don't think that if you had it in your heart to share all you had with those who have not that JESUS or GOD wouldn't be able to in a "miraculous" way provide for you!  YOU DON'T BELIEVE IT...THAT IS WHY YOU PUT LOCKS ON YOUR DOORS AND HAVE GUNS TO PROTECT YOUR BELONGINGS.  "OH WE HAVE TO PROTECT YOURSELVES".  well shit....you put yourself now in quite a quandary.  because, if you allowed your life to be taken, it is better because you are right with God, you have no anger or violence in you toward your "enemy" and it would be better for your enemy to not be killed because it would lengthen out the days of his "repentance" so that he can get right with God, why would you want to send someone to the judgement bar of God ill-prepared?  AND FRANKLY....YOU DON'T BELIEVE IN HEAVEN OR IN JESUS IF YOU CARE TO PROTECT ANYBODY FROM GETTING KILLED?  WHY?  BECAUSE WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU STOP ANYBODY FROM SEEING THEIR SAVIOR AND THEIR GOD AND GOING TO HEAVEN?  WHO THE HELL ARE YOU-- TAKING JUDGEMENT UPON YOUR SHOULDERS AND BEING JURY, JUDGE, AND EXECUTIONER?   THE REASON WHY THE UNITED STATES WAS ATTACKED FROM IT'S ENEMIES AND THEY HAVE SUCCESS IS BECAUSE "BELIEVERS" LOVE TO KILL, LOVE TO SEEK REVENGE, LOVE TO HATE, LOVE THEMSELVES AND NOT THEIR NEIGHBOR OR ENEMY AS THEMSELVES.  Does Christ not say "Whosover shall save his life shall lose it and whosever shall lose his life shall gain it.?  

Back to the politics of this:  The argument of those who want stricter gun controls is that it will inevitably save many people's lives from those who would have had access to the particular guns that are being used in these atrocities.    LET US REASON NOW.  WHAT THE FUCK IS THE DEFINITION OF A TERRORIST?  ONE WHO BREAKS THE LAW TO INFLICT TERROR UPON A PERSON OR PEOPLE.  the arguments for guns are null and void...it doesn't matter why anybody wants to keep a strict interpretation of the 2nd amendment....it should not have to get to that point.  the point is that no human that wants to inflict injury upon another respects the law of any land when it's the law of "GOD" or the Universe that they are seeking to break in the first place.  IT WILL NOT PREVENT ANY SHOOTINGS...it will only halt the inevitability of them.  therefore we are back at square one aqain...no matter what, guns will always be used, and if taken away, another way will emerge as the "weapon" of choice.  there are a few thousand people killed in the last handful of years (i don't know exact numbers but you'll see where i'm going), and those for gun control mock those who say "they want it for protection" or "if more people carried less people would get hurt."  

here is the tautology:  there are many people who's life and other were saved as a result of them or others carrying.  that cannot be discounted.  then you say "ya, but not that many really?"  well, than fuck your "not that many that got killed" in every shooting.  because I can guarantee that no person would have the audacity to enter into any club if it was mandated that all people had to carry a weapon in order to enter!!!!!!   i can just imagine all you people who get caught in a bank robbery or a store robbery...waiting for the police to arrive after the security officers just got shot...and you realize you have such a clean perfect shot on the robbers...and i bet you are praying to your jesus "please don't let me die Jesus..." and you're praying to him "please jesus, let someone have a gun in here, the police officers are gonna get here too late and the robbers are going to kill all of us."  AND THE LORD IS GONNA ANSWER....oh wait....he aint gonna answer because you have murder in your heart!!!!!!!!!!!!  but, maybe your god fearing gun toting christian right next to you might pull out his 44 mag or 38 special but before he shoots the robbers on your behalf...he's gonna ask ya "DO YOU BELIEVE IN GUN CONTROL NOW?"

SO, either way people.  we are all screwed.  why.  if you believe in having a gun in order for protection of oneself or even another...well...i just don't find any law of jesus or any example where he harmed any person physically for any reason, even in self defense, to the point he showed us as the last example of his life. Many U.S. CHRISTIANS LITERALLY ACT IN THIS LIFE AS IF THERE IS NO HEAVEN.  "Here is the PATIENCE of the Saints" ring a bell.  Jesus isn't real NOT because HE ACTUALLY ISN"T REAL, but because his own believers actually don't believe in being disciplined in his WAYS, thus showing me, according to their examples, THAT JESUS IS NOT REAL ACCORDING TO THEM, IN THEIR OWN LIVES.

ACTUALLY IT DOESN'T IF YOU DON'T PLAY BY THE RULES OF THE ELITE AND FORCE THEM TO PLAY BY THE PEOPLES RULES.

Does a candidate need to pay a quarter of a million dollars to register as a write-in so registered voters can vote for him/her?  NOPE.

The People's Voice is the only VOTE that matters.  It must be OBVIOUS IN MULTIPLE PLATFORMS AND POLES THAT THE PERSON RECEIVING THE VOTES TO BECOME PRESIDENT, INDEED RECEIVED SAID VOTES.  Therefore, a Pole must be conducted on Facebook and Youtube to see who really is favored by the American People.  IF I receive the higher favor on Facebook and Youtube, then it is OBVIOUS that if I don't get elected by the traditional method of voting, that the Democratic Voice of The People was entirely disenfranchised.  THAT GIVES INDICATION IN AND OF ITSELF OF VOTER FRAUD.  It's simple people....way too simple.  Simply by electing me it subsequently destroys the very mechanism of the Electoral College which was established with the sole intent to easily control the elections by a systematic implementation of tactics over time that would inevitably give control to ONE PARTY:  KNOWN AS THE DEMOCRAT AND REPUBLICAN PARTY WHO ARE APPARENT OPPOSING SIDES UPON THE SAME COIN THAT AMOUNTS TO THE SAME VALUE NO MATTER WHAT SIDE IT LANDS ON.

I am James Stephen Maurice.  Native of California and resident of Utah.  Born 12 May 1980 in Northridge Hospital, California and from Simi Valley.  My father is the late John Charles Kammerman, Retired Special Agent of the FBI.  I am 36 years old and graduated from Olympus High School in Holladay, Utah.  I NEEDED NO COLLEGE EDUCATION.  I hereby officially announce to all citizens of the United States that I am running for the 2020 Presidential Election.

The Experiment

Five homeless clinically insane strangers from different walks of life converge upon the same path when they all meet at a mental hospital. CLAIM  # 1:

It is entirely pointless with today's technology that the Commander 'n' Chief needs to fly anywhere outside of the Boundaries of the United States and it's territories to "meet" with ANY head of state around the world.  IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY AND DEVIATES FROM THE PURPOSE OF THE PRESIDENT TO ALWAYS BE ON THE HOMELAND IN THE FRONT LINE OF BATTLE TO PROTECT THOSE WHOM HE/SHE HAD SWORN TO PROTECT.  Period!  ALL things can be accomplished by SKYPE!  GO FIGURE.  And since we the people always want our President protected at all times, the most secure place for him/her to stay while in office, IS IN OFFICE.  The ONLY persons that should travel abroad and Speak for the President is the Secretary of State ONLY in that he/she is present at the SKYPE conference abroad while the President is home.  This will drastically decrease the amount spent on the Secret Service and also reduce the risk of their lives and families.  

CLAIM #2

The President should NEVER golf or take a personal vacation more than the average worker is allotted in one year.  EVEN IF HE HAS A WIFE, OR SHE HAS A HUSBAND, AND/OR CHILDREN.  The Sole duty is COMMANDER N CHIEF EVEN BEFORE AND ALWAYS BEFORE PERSONAL MATTERS.  WITHOUT FAIL, NO EXCEPTIONS.

CLAIM #3

The President or any federally or state elected official should NEVER get a pension unless the same pension is granted to all workers in every sector that worked the same amount of time and gets the same amount for their pension.

CLAIM #4

Military Personnel who have seen combat should automatically receive ALL BENEFITS and a pension equal to cost of living DOUBLED in the place they served from or out of for their service whether it was for one second or ten years, in between, or more than.  NO QUESTIONS ASKED, NO PAPERWORK, NO DELAYS FOR ANY REASON UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.  OUR MILITARY WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF BY EXECUTIVE ORDER.  EVEN WE BAILED OUT THE BANKS AND WALL STREET AND THE AUTOMOBILE INDUSTRIES, THEN WE CAN BAIL OUT OUR VETERANS THAT RISKED THEIR LIVES FOR OUR FREEDOMS.

CLAIM #5

ALL PEOPLE HAVE THE RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS AND DO NOT NEED A PERMIT OTHER THAN BEING BORN, IN ORDER TO CARRY AN ARM CONCEALED OR NOT.  THE RIGHT CAN ONLY BE RESTRICTED BY THE COMMISSION OF A CRIME INVOLVING AN ARM. NO PETITION TO ALTER THIS ABSOLUTE INVIOLABLE LAW WILL EVER BE HEARD BY ANY COURT.  IF ANY PERSON OR GROUP OF PERSONS SEEK TO ALTER THIS RIGHT IN ANY WAY TO ANY DEGREE, THEY SHALL IMMEDIATELY BE TRIED FOR TREASON UPON THE GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES, WHICH IS THE PEOPLE.

CLAIM #6

ALL LAWS MUST BE REWRITTEN, REVAMPED, AMENDED, OR DESTROYED UNLESS OR UNTIL EVERY LAY PERSON AND CITIZEN CAN TRULY COMPREHEND SUCH.  YOUR FANCY LANGUAGE MEANS NOTHING AND I AM HERE TO DEMEAN ALL OF IT AND RENDER IT MEANINGLESS AND USELESS.

It is the right of the Federal Government, which represent the TRUE Government of THE PEOPLE, to mandate perfect recycling procedures for each human being and EVERY COMPANY AND CORPORATION because ALL PARTIES CONTRIBUTE TO THE POLLUTION AND DEVASTATION of Mother Earth.
